| Joe Follrod has been on a spiritual journey for the last 25 years. He has a wide range of experiences including energy balancing, guided imagery, and mediations. In addition, he has facilitated spiritual groups, became an ordained minister, has done Spiritual couseling, taught classes in a variety of Spiritrual and self help topics as well as becoming a Licensed Unity Teacher. In recent years, he’s been studying EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). With the blending of his prior background with EFT, he’s found EFT to be the most powerful healing tool he’s ever experienced. | ||
